I would like to break 45 minutes in the 10K and 20 minutes in the 5K. I would also like to break 1:35:00 in half-marathon, complete a marathon and one day qualify for Boston.
8:10 minute pace. This was my first long run of official marathon training. I am currently feeling rather optimistic about this process. My plan is to do my long runs saturday and gradually build them up to 22 miles between now and october.
